Full Process In-Person  Intensive

I will come to you. Yes, really —  to your town or home. Face to face coaching 3x per day  -  morning, afternoon and evening for 5 days + 8 follow up private Skype sessions. This is an unheard-of opportunity for full, intensive in-person coaching. Together, we will apply all aspects of the process to your life. We will find your stressors, look at every possible element that could hinder your progress, work you through physical practice — whatever it takes. In short, optimize to make way for the new you!
